DAICHIN WELDING TIG RODS NO.DIL11 ,12
Charecteristics
● TIG bare rods for hard facing overlay with argon gas onto
press dies which has crack, etc.
● The color of weld deposit looks like brass but strength and ductility
● Molten metal is excellently flow down deep into the end of
crack and resulting a perfect bonding.
● Aluminium bronze cannot be coated please remove first.
ข้อแนะนำพิเศษ
แนวเชื่อมที่ได้จะไม่สามารถนำได้ชุบแข็ง หรือ ชุบ TD, TiC ได้ หากจำเป็นจะต้องนำไปชุบ ต้องลอกเนื้อเชื่อมออกให้หมดจดเสียก่อน แล้วเชื่อมทับแทนด้วย DS 61 G (TIG) หลังจาก Machine แล้วสามารถส่งชุบแข็ง หรือชุบTD, TiC ได้ตามปกติ

Hardness as welded : 42 ~ 48 HRC
Hardness after dies pressed : 54 ~ 56 HRC
